Tell us what is broken
We call back within one business day. Nothing is fixed until you approve the price, and we never ask for a password here.
Why a broken site cannot wait
58%
of US adults check a business’s website to confirm what they saw on Google.
87%
of US consumers have left a website because it looked untrustworthy.
51%
of US adults count HTTPS, the padlock, toward trusting a local business.
A broken page or a “Not secure” warning is what they find instead. They leave, and you never hear that they were there.

WordPress problems we fix
Which one is happening to you?
Each card is what you see on screen, what usually causes it, and what we do about it. Not on the list? Send it anyway.
A plugin or update broke the site
“There has been a critical error on this website.”
One plugin, theme or PHP update no longer agrees with the rest of the site. It shows up as this message, a blank white page, or a layout that falls apart.
The fix: We find the one that broke it, roll it back or patch it, and keep the security updates you need.
“Not secure” or a certificate warning
“Your connection is not private”
The SSL certificate expired, was never installed, or part of the page still loads over plain http.
The fix: We renew or install the certificate, send every visit to https, and clear the mixed content so the padlock stays.
The site is down or will not load
“Error establishing a database connection”
The database, the server or a damaged core file stopped answering. A 500 error or a page that spins forever is the same family.
The fix: We work with your host to find which, repair it, and restore from a backup only when repair is not possible.
Hacked, or redirecting to spam
“This site may be hacked”
Visitors land on spam or a fake prize page, Google shows a warning in search results, or the host suspends the account.
The fix: We remove the injected code and unknown admin accounts, close the hole it came in through, and request a review from Google so the warning can come off.
Locked out of the WordPress admin
A lost password, a security plugin that locked you out, or a login page that just reloads itself.
The fix: We get you back in and make sure the only admin accounts left are ones you know.
The contact form stopped sending
The form says thank you, but the message never reaches you. It is the quietest way to lose a customer, because nobody tells you.
The fix: We trace where the email goes, fix delivery, and send test messages until they land in your inbox.

How WordPress website repair works
Three steps. The price comes before the fix, never after it.
01
Tell us what you see
Send the form or call. The web address and what you see on screen are enough to start. A screenshot helps, and so does knowing what changed right before it broke.
02
Get the cause and the price
We find what broke and tell you the fix and the price, in writing. Nothing gets fixed until you approve it.
03
Backup, fix, test
We back up the files and the database first, so every change can be undone. Then we fix it, test the pages and forms, and hand it back with a note of what changed.
Questions before you send it
How fast can you fix my WordPress site?
Many fixes are a short job once the cause is clear, a single bad plugin or an expired certificate for example. A hacked site or a damaged database takes longer, because the cause has to be found as well as the symptom. Either way you hear an estimate before any work starts. We call back within one business day of your message, and during business hours a phone call reaches us sooner.
How much does WordPress website repair cost?
Repairs start at $74. The exact price depends on what broke, so it comes after we find the cause and before we fix anything. You get it in writing, and nothing is added to it without your approval. There is no monthly plan to sign up for.
What access do you need?
Usually an administrator account on your WordPress site and a login to your hosting. Never send a password through this form, by text or by email. We set up access with you on the call, and you can remove it the moment the work is done.
Will a repair lose my content or my Google rankings?
We back up the files and the database before changing anything, so every step can be undone. A repair keeps your pages at the same addresses, and those addresses are what your rankings belong to.
Can you fix a site someone else built?
Yes. It does not matter who built it, or whether it runs on a premium theme, Elementor, Divi or another page builder. We work from the site as it is today.
What does “Not secure” next to my web address mean?
The browser could not confirm a valid SSL certificate for your site, or part of the page loads over plain http. Visitors see the warning before they see your business. In DreamHost’s 2026 Local Business Trust Index, 51% of US adults named HTTPS among the things that make them trust a local business website.
My site is not on WordPress. Can you still help?
Often, yes. Certificate warnings, a site that will not load, and contact forms that stopped sending happen on every platform. Tell us what you see, and the first call tells you whether it is something we fix.
Do I have to sign up for a maintenance plan?
No. A repair is a one-time job with its own price. If you want someone keeping updates and backups running afterward, that is a separate conversation, never a condition of the fix.
Comfortable in WordPress? Try these first.
If one of these brings the site back, you are done and you owe nobody anything.
Check your email
When a plugin crashes the site, WordPress emails the admin address a recovery mode link. It lets you log in and switch off the plugin that failed.
Undo the last change
If you can still log in, deactivate the plugin or theme you updated last. If you cannot, renaming its folder in wp-content/plugins through your host’s file manager switches it off.
Check your host
If every page is down, the admin included, the problem may be the server rather than the site. Your host’s status page or support line will say.
Still broken after ten minutes? Stop there. Every extra change makes the real cause harder to find.
