These terms apply when you use the PostFound website ("the site"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

The site describes our services and lets you contact us, request an audit, and schedule a call. Using it does not create a client relationship. That starts only when we both agree to a specific project in writing.

Requests, audits, and scheduled calls

Submitting a form or booking a time is a request, not a binding agreement. We may need to confirm, reschedule, or decline. Anything we tell you before an engagement, including a free audit or an initial conversation, is our informed opinion offered in good faith. It is general guidance, not a guarantee of any particular result, and you decide what to act on.

Quotes and payment

Prices vary by scope. Any quote we give describes the work in that quote, is valid for the period stated in it, and may change if the scope changes. Payment terms, deliverables, timelines, and ownership of the work are set out in the proposal or agreement for your project, and that document controls if it conflicts with anything here.

Results

Search rankings, traffic, and leads depend on many things outside our control, including competitors, search engine changes, your market, and how quickly recommendations get implemented. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, or revenue, and we ask you to be skeptical of anyone who does.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Submit false information, or someone else's details, through our forms.
• Use our forms or booking tools to send spam or automated submissions.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the site for your own commercial use.

We may limit or block access to the site if it is being misused, including automated limits on how often forms can be submitted.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, and other material on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share our pages, and quote from them with attribution. Anything more, including reproducing pages or using our name or branding, needs our written permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We include links we think are useful, but we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

Availability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or remove parts of it at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, PostFound is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the site, and forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
