Request your audit
We run it and come back to you within one business day. No payment step, no obligation.
Two questions, answered separately.
A firm can have a beautiful website nobody can find, or rank first for its city and lose every visitor at the contact page. Those are different problems with different fixes, so the audit keeps them apart.
Website & intake
What happens to the people who already reach you.
- Tap-to-dial phone number, and whether it survives on a phone
- Contact form: is there one, and how much does it ask for
- Free consultation and fee language a visitor can actually find
- After-hours answering, live chat and intake widgets
- Attorney profiles and client reviews on the page
- Image alt text and form labels, the two items cited most often in accessibility demand letters
- Mobile layout, page weight and server response time
Search visibility
Whether anyone finds you before they find the firm down the road.
- Whether the homepage is blocked from Google at all
- Title, description and heading, with the exact text you are using
- Whether your title names the city you want cases from
- robots.txt, XML sitemap, and how many pages you have published
- Law firm structured data, and whether it carries your address
- A verified Google Business Profile linked from the site
- Practice-area pages, and whether each one can rank on its own
Every finding says what to do about it.
No score with a sales call attached. Each check names what was looked at, what was actually found on your site, and the one change that fixes it. Pass or fail, you see all of it.
If the fixes are ones your team can make, make them. If you would rather hand the whole thing over, that is what PostFound does, and the findings are the same either way.
A phone number appears on the homepage, but as plain text rather than a tap-to-dial link. On a phone it cannot be dialled without being copied out by hand.
Wrap the number in a tel: link so one tap starts the call. Most legal searches happen on a phone.
The title names no city, county or state: “Smith & Associates | Attorneys at Law”.
Add the city or county you want cases from. “Lawyer” and “Lawyer in Ontario, CA” compete for completely different searches.
Nothing on the homepage blocks search engines from indexing it.
Questions before you run it
What does the audit actually check?
Around thirty individual checks, split between your website and your search visibility. Everything is read from your live site the moment you submit the form: your homepage, your robots.txt and your sitemap. You get the same list whether the news is good or bad, including what already passes.
Is it really free, and is there a catch?
It is free and there is no payment step. The trade is your contact details: we run the audit, send you what we found, and talk it through. If you take the list and fix it yourself, or hand it to the agency you already use, that is a fine outcome and we will tell you so.
When do I hear back?
Within one business day, usually sooner. The checks run against your site the moment you submit the form, so by the time we call we have already read it. There is no discovery call first: the opening conversation is about what we found.
Will what you find be published or shared anywhere?
No. What the audit finds goes to you and stays between us. Nothing about your firm is published on this site, listed anywhere, resold, or passed to a third party. The checks run on our own servers against your public pages, not through anyone else’s tool.
Do I need to install anything or give you access?
Nothing. The audit only reads pages that are already public, exactly as Google reads them. We never ask for logins to your site, your hosting or your Google Business Profile.
My site was built by an agency. Can I pass this on to them?
Please do. Every finding names what was checked, what was found on your site, and one specific fix, so it is written to be handed to whoever maintains the site without translation.
Does this replace a full SEO audit?
No, and it is not pretending to. It reads your homepage, not every page, and it cannot see your rankings, your backlinks or your Search Console data. It is the honest fast version: the problems visible from the outside, which in our experience is where most firms are losing calls anyway.
Find out where your firm actually stands.
One web address is all we need. You get a straight answer, not a sales deck.
